- Seyal TCHAD imports sugar from Brazil. During transit in Cameroon, the vehicles were stopped more than ten times for illegal reasons, with officials demanding unofficial taxes. The company lost more than two days.

A meeting was held on the 6th of February 2025, concerning the resolution of Non-Tariff Barriers (NTBs) between Cameroon and Chad. The main objective was to examine the complaint lodged, assess its status and identify appropriate solutions.
The focal points from Chad and Cameroon both indicated that this complaint was resolved following extensive national engagements with the competent authorities.
Une réunion s'est tenue le 6 février 2025, concernant la résolution des Barrières Non-Tarifaires (BNT) entre le Cameroun et le Tchad. L'objectif principal était d'examiner la plainte déposée, d'évaluer son statut et d'identifier les solutions appropriées.
